The CSDR provides a three-day basic civil mediation workshop tailored for attorneys. The workshop incorporates a theoretical overview and addresses practical issues. It focuses on skill-building and provides practical tools and strategies. It incorporates experiential learning activities as much as possible and involves simulated mediations providing individualized feedback to participants.
