Acknowledging Native Lands in the St. Louis Region: Histories, Issues, Ethics

Lecture by award-winning historian Dr. Patricia Cleary on indigenous histories of St. Louis, followed by roundtable on land acknowledgment with Lisa Conard Frost (Fort Smith National Historic Site, Cherokee Nation), Jim Duncan (Osage), Dana Klar (UMSL, Houma), Paul van Wert (UMSL). Note that refreshments will be served at 2:00 PM, and the lecture begins at 2:30 PM.
