About this course: Author Chris Wolff explores the origins of the University of Kansas City and its eventual merger with the University of Missouri system in 1963. He will highlight how the university persevered through war and peace, times of hardship and prosperity and how that history is visible in dozens of public artworks across the Volker Campus —helping to make UMKC one of the most beautiful urban universities in the country. This event is free and open to the public!
