MoA Native American Heritage Month Lecture: NORMAN AKERS: Art of An Osage – Connections

Join us for a special lecture by contemporary Osage artist, Norman Akers. Akers is a member of the Osage Nation and a professor of art at the University of Kansas. There will be a reception and viewing of his art currently on exhibit in the Museum of Anthropology followed by a lecture in Ellis Auditorium. This unique opportunity to learn more about contemporary Native American art from a distinguished Osage artist is not one to miss!
