The University of Missouri System is committed to growing connections between UM universities and community members. Aligned with this commitment, we are excited to announce the new Veterans and Military-affiliated portion of Community Connect.
Veterans and Military-affiliated individuals bring valuable skills and experiences from their military service into the communities where they live and work. Likewise, UM Universities have resources, programs and opportunities that may interest veterans and enhance their economic opportunity, educational access, and health and well-being.
Within the new Veterans and Military-affiliated section of Community Connect, those who are currently or have previously been affiliated with the armed forces, or someone who has served in the military, will find tailored resources, events, news, and opportunities.
