The Veterans Startup Ventures program is designed to assist veterans in starting and growing their own businesses. During the course, participants can expect hands-on guidance through every step of the entrepreneurial process: from developing a business plan, to understanding financing options and obtaining veteran-owned business certification.
This 9-week program, spanning September 24 - November 19, will culminate with a pitch competition in which prizes will be awarded to the top three participants. This session is only being offered in-person in Columbia, Missouri and has a limited number of spots.
The Veterans Startup Ventures program has been developed with multiple internal and external stakeholders to best serve veterans in Missouri; this program is the first of its kind in the state.
