Orchestra and Wind Ensemble Concert: “Storytelling”

Dr. David Wacyk leads UMSL's orchestra, Wind Ensemble, and Symphony Orchestra in the final concert of the season! This eclectic collection of "storytelling" works includes Vincent Persichett's iconic work for winds: Divertimento, and culminates with John Williams' epic music from STAR WARS. The concert also features our final YAC Concerto Winner, UMSL Student Rita Schien, soprano, singing Bach's Cantata no. 45 (also featuring professors John McGrosso, Violin, and Claire Workinger, Oboe).
