UMKC’s Roos for Mental Health is a campaign focused on addressing the stigmas surrounding mental health by increasing awareness of important and common issues that affect students, staff, and faculty.
Much of the campaign’s work involves providing guidance, links to resources, and self-care tips.
During April, Roos for Mental Health hosted several Lunch-n-Learns, which covered topics on managing stress throughout the job application process, cultivating gratitude for resilience, and how to decrease or prevent burn-out.
All of the Lunch-n-Learns were recorded and are available to the community at no cost. To access all previous recordings, click HERE.
