On September 18 at 6 p.m., the SHSMO Rolla Research Center will host a special screening highlighting the history of the Shannondale community. Area resident Donald Love will introduce two new short documentaries, Shannondale, By Heart and By Hand and Shannondale, A Forest Gospel. Produced with support from Missouri Humanities and the LAD Foundation, these films explore the traditions, stories, and spirit of this unique community. The free event is open to the public and will take place on the 2nd floor of the Curtis Laws Wilson Library.
