The South Central Regional Professional Development Center (RPDC), located on the campus of Missouri S&T, seeks to build the capacity of educators through high-quality professional learning to maximize student success. The vision of the South Central RPDC is to be a collaborative team of educational specialists that facilitate the growth of educators and students through customized professional learning. This vision is accomplished by developing and strengthening Professional Learning Networks, providing training from internal and external sources, and developing customized training that meets the needs of educators.
