Nonprofit Navigation Series: The Strategic Plan is Dead; Long Live Scenario Planning

Note: These one-hour webinar sessions are free to attend.

One thing that nonprofit leaders can count on in the coming months is that there is going to be quite a bit of change, and it is unclear how that change will affect their organizations. A strategic plan is a tremendous tool to align key stakeholders with mission, vision, and values, but in times of tremendous change, a singular vision of the future has limited value. Enter scenario planning: a means of charting several courses in the coming months that will allow for better decision making as your financial context shifts. In this session, attendees will learn a method of designing scenarios based on potential levers of change in the short to medium term. Session is led by Brent Never, Director of the Midwest Center for Nonprofit Leadership.
