For more than a century, UMKC Conservatory has been a leader in creating Kansas City’s cultural riches and in extending UMKC's reach nationally and internationally. Each year, the conservatory produces around 500 performances, including student recitals, large ensembles, chamber music, main stage opera, choral concerts, dance, master classes, guest lecturers, theatre productions, and more. The best part? Most of the performances are free to the broader community.
