About
As one of the most comprehensive scholarships in the healthcare field, the Health Profession Scholarship covers the cost of students’ tuition, as well as provides them with a monthly stipend. This scholarship is offered by three branches of the U.S. Military: the Army, Navy, and Air Force. Not only will the students receive a medical school education but they will also receive specialized training that will prepare them to become an officer in the U.S. Military.
Students will attend officer training for their specific Service. They will participate in one annual training period each year. These 45-day periods allow them to participate in research rotations or perform clinical rotations at military hospitals.
