The ALL Girls Matter Empowherment Conference creates an opportunity for ALL girls to unite despite their environmental, personal, and socioeconomic differences by obtaining strategies to overcome the world's stereotypes and negative influences. The conference is sponsored and provided by America's Big Sisters Foundation, an organization that seeks to empower, encourage, educate, and enlighten young women to become independent, self-sufficient, goal-oriented, and positive individuals who can excel in society.
