UMSL Wind Ensemble + GCAA Band Concert “Fire Music”

UMSL Wind Ensemble hosts the Grand Center Arts Academy Symphonic Band in this joint concert, featuring renowned French composer Ida Gotkovsky's epic Poeme du feu (Poem of Fire). Also on the program is Giovanni Santos' Timba featuring Professor Matthew Henry on Percussion, and Katahj Copley's Halcyon Hearts performed by joint bands.


Free and open to the public!
