Virtual 5K

How It Works:

You can run anywhere, anytime, as long as it is between September 23 – October 1, 2023. Then, submit your results by 8 a.m. (CDT) on October 2, 2023. The race results will be posted the following day, October 3, 2023.

Make sure to share your photos with us on social media platforms using #UMKCVirtual5k.

The first 250 people to register for the 5K will receive a giveaway that will be mailed out after the conclusion of the race. There will be a prize drawing in each of the following categories: student, alumni, UMKC faculty/staff, and friend (non-alum). There will also be a prize drawing that all participants are entered in to automatically.
