Healthcare worker well-being was a challenge before the pandemic; now it is a parallel pandemic. Join us for the second Three Deans' Lecture, "Bite-Sized Well-Being During Uncertain Times: Evidence, Practice and Resources to Share," featuring J. Bryan Sexton, Director, Duke Center for the Advancement of Well-being Science. In this lecture, we will demonstrate the mechanisms at work that cause burnout and look at how evidence-based interventions counteract those mechanisms to result in well-being improvements. Register by March 3 to receive a complimentary boxed lunch.

About the Three Deans' Lecture Series
The Three Deans’ Lecture Series brings nationally renowned academic and health care leaders to the University of Missouri to spark conversations and advance exploration of relevant topics in health care. This interprofessional lecture series is sponsored by the deans of the MU School of Medicine, School of Nursing and College of Health Sciences. In addition to the keynote address, ancillary workshops and small group collaborations are designed to facilitate engagement with students and faculty during the leader’s visit. Post-event discussions provide a forum to reflect upon the themes presented during the series and to explore the practical integration of these insights within the academic and clinical landscapes at the University of Missouri.
