The Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is proud to host the annual Trailblazer Awards. For more than two decades, the university has honored the achievements of exceptional women who continue to "blaze trails" on campus and in the greater St. Louis region. Now more than ever, this event serves as a reminder to celebrate the women who hold our communities together and bravely pave the way for a brighter future.

The University's theme for 2024 is "Women Who Advocate for All." 

Each year, members of the campus community nominate women who exemplify one or more of the categories listed. Awards are made to women affiliated with UMSL including faculty, staff and alumni. Awardees:

• Work and passion aligns with the annual theme, and/or 
• Have worked to forge new pathways for women, and/or 
• Have contributed significantly to the University and the greater community
