The National Association of Veterans Program Administrators awarded UMSL student Ryan Cody its 2024 NAVPA Region V Scholarship in recognition of his diligent work at the UMSL Veterans Center and his 15 years of dedicated service in the Army National Guard. Cody currently serves as a team lead at the center, guiding student workers, and instructor for the first-year experience course for veteran and military-connected students.
