MICF Featuring Mizzou

The MU Veterans Center meets the needs and addresses the concerns of veterans at Mizzou as a designated place on campus to find camaraderie and friendship along with resources and support. Our office is staffed by two full-time MU employees and six VA work-study students who have worn—or are still wearing—the uniform.

The Veterans Business Outreach Center offers many services to service members, veterans, National Guard and Reserve members, military spouses, and family members.

Jazz Standards: Steven Tharp and Jack Snelling

Under the supervision of experienced attorneys, law students at the Mizzou Law Veterans Clinic help veterans – free of charge – with discharge upgrades and Department of Veterans Affairs disability compensation claims. In addition to directly representing veterans with their disability claims, the Clinic also participates in high level amicus brief writing, training and education for practicing attorneys, rural veteran outreach through Tigers for Troops, and more.
