The St. Louis Annual Conference on Reasons and Rationality provides a forum for new work on practical and theoretical reason, broadly construed. SLACRR includes papers in ethics, epistemology, and other areas of philosophy that deal with reasons, reasoning, or rationality.

UMSL is offering a new 5-day engineering summer camp for students in grades 9–12.

Under faculty member Gary Moore’s guidance, four engineering students did an initial site analysis, then brought the design to 90% completion before handing the project off to partners.

Eyes on Community is a one-day event sponsored by the UMSL College of Optometry. Participants will enjoy hands-on activities and presentations about being an optometrist.

Students from more than 20 colleges and universities across the Midwest attended the conference April 26-27 at the UMSL Science Complex.
