Answering a Community Capacity Need: MCNL’s Next Generation of Fundraising Education

The Midwest Center for Nonprofit Leadership (MCNL) has offered a series of nine courses covering fundraising topics for over thirty years. This contribution to community education is currently being refined and updated.

This session shares our process to develop programming based on community needs and preferences and introduces the design of our new fundraising series.

The session examines a Design Thinking exercise in action, explains the overall series philosophy of a Culture of Philanthropy, and shares an organization assessment.
