Join the Midwest Center for Nonprofit Leadership as they examine the practice of DEI in core business functions and provide participants with an understanding of the advantages and challenges of leading diverse teams. It will introduce a framework and strategic foundation for driving an organization through the stages of gaining awareness about DEI, practicing DEI, and amplifying the work of diversity, equity, and inclusion beyond the workplace.
In-person Participants:
The session will be held at the UMKC Bloch Executive Hall, 5108 Cherry Street, Kansas City, Missouri. Parking details will be sent after registration.
Virtual (Zoom) Participants:
After registration you will receive a Zoom link.
Meals (in-person participants only):
Light breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Cancellation and Transfer Policy:
Full refunds will be given when cancellations are made at least five working days before the first session. A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from refunds when notification occurs fewer than five working days before class begins. No refunds will be made after the session has begun.
