From Problem to Opportunity through Collaboration: Building Resilient Community Food Systems in Missouri

The challenges are big, but the opportunities are bigger. What does this mean for Missouri? Join the MU Extension Food Systems Network to learn about multi-disciplinary efforts to build resilient community food systems that create positive economic impacts, enhance food access and increase food and nutrition security for all Missourians.

This session will feature examples of collaborative work that leverages the collective strengths of MU Extension, the UM System, external partners and community stakeholders across multiple sectors. Attendees will be challenged to consider the strengths we all bring to the table and strategies for working collaboratively across the food system to find new solutions and build resilience.
