Move More Get More is a collaboration between UMKC, KC Public Schools, KC Parks, and Recreation, Children’s Mercy Hospital, and Truman Medical Center to increase physical activity and nutrition in middle school students. Students have the opportunity to engage in weekly live “Move Sessions” and have access to weekly produce bags coordinated by Truman Medical Center’s Mobile Market! All students receive Garmin accelerometers, sports equipment, and the opportunity to earn more as they move more.
