UMSL has recently partnered with STL Youth Jobs, a civic collaboration providing meaningful employment opportunities for at-risk youth in St. Louis.  This summer, UMSL employed several young people from the community. The STL Youth Jobs programs are designed to create transformative employment opportunities for youth, while giving them the training and support they need to become the workforce of the future. UMSL offered scholarships for those students who want to pursue their education at UMSL. As a result, UMSL has the opportunity to impact our community while forging important connections as both a potential employer and/or educator for youth in the program.
